What is this?
Honestly, it started out as a random project because I was bored lol. But basically, it's a quick tool that lets you slap the iconic Nintendo Switch (or Switch 2!) logo animation right onto the front of any video clip. It runs completely inside your browser so you don't have to open up a massive video editor just to make a clean edit or meme.
Are my videos being uploaded anywhere?
Nope! Everything happens completely inside your browser using WebAssembly. Your video clips never leave your computer, making it 100% private.
Why does the first video take a moment to start?
The very first time you click "Merge", the page has to boot up the video processing engine inside a separate background worker thread. Once that engine is warmed up and sitting in memory, any other videos you process in the same session will start moving immediately.
How does the "Bypass Discord Nitro Limit" option work?
When you turn this on, the tool checks the total runtime of your video and automatically calculates an optimized target bitrate. It then tells the rendering engine to aggressively compress the video stream so that the final file safely lands around 7.8MB—just under Discord's standard 8MB upload limit for non-Nitro users. Keep in mind that for very long video clips, the quality will drop significantly to force it under the size limit!
